sixs6s Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the sixs6s website, mobile interface, and all associated software and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player to access Platform services.
• "Wallet" means the balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) or supported cryptocurrency.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by sixs6s that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, as determined by sixs6s from time to time.

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by sixs6s.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.

sixs6s reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account, including withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. sixs6s will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must notify sixs6s immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. sixs6s may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not access your Account from shared or public devices without logging out upon completion.
• Enable two-step verification where available to add a second layer of security to your Account.
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible, as it is used for critical Account communications.

All transactions, bets, and actions carried out through your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified sixs6s of a security compromise prior to those actions taking place.

sixs6s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, Bitcoin (BTC), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section at the time of request. sixs6s does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which sixs6s bears no responsibility.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposit on your Account, or to a verified method registered in your name.
• sixs6s reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. sixs6s aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours; however, delays may occur due to third-party processing times, compliance checks, or public holidays.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. sixs6s is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

Any funds that sixs6s reasonably suspects to be the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities. sixs6s operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy consistent with international financial crime prevention standards.

sixs6s may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and are incorporated into this Agreement.

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account as a separate balance and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they convert to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are displayed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any time unless sixs6s expressly states otherwise.
• sixs6s reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion, modify its terms, or disqualify any Player from a Promotion where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation, use of multiple accounts, or placing low-risk opposite bets to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, after which they will be removed from your Account.

Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major sporting events such as the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. These promotions are offered at sixs6s's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. sixs6s is not responsible for bets placed in error or without a full understanding of the applicable rules.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Unconfirmed bets are not binding on sixs6s.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in pricing, sixs6s reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• For live in-play betting, sixs6s may suspend markets at any time. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.
• Crash game outcomes on Aviator and similar titles are governed by a provably fair algorithm. Players may verify each round's outcome using the provided verification tools.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, circumvent the random number generator, use automated betting tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

In addition to the specific prohibitions described elsewhere in this Agreement, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent a Platform ban by registering on their behalf.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or proxy services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sixs6s staff or other Players through any communication channel.

sixs6s may take any action it deems appropriate upon detection of prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

sixs6s is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings and are described in full on the Responsible Gaming page.

If you believe your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek independent support. sixs6s will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period; any such Account will be closed and balances forfeited.

sixs6s does not permit Players to override a self-exclusion request during the active exclusion period. Requests to lift a self-exclusion will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before being processed.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of sixs6s or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of sixs6s. The sixs6s name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sixs6s and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or errors.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data by third parties.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific service, whether or not preceded by notice.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any content, information, or advice published on the Platform.

In any event, sixs6s's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

sixs6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any term of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if it is required to do so by law or a competent authority. In such cases, sixs6s may withhold Wallet balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to sections on intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your Account, a bet outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact the sixs6s support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. sixs6s will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

If you are dissatisfied with sixs6s's resolution, you may escalate the dispute through independent arbitration. sixs6s's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of game rules and bet settlements are final and binding, except where a manifest error is demonstrated.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sixs6s is incorporated. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their access and use complies with applicable local laws.

sixs6s collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before completing registration.

sixs6s implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access.

sixs6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Where amendments are material, sixs6s will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
